On Monday, March 31st from 1 - 2 pm, join the WRENegades for a presentation from herbalist and holistic health coach Nancy Phillips of Heartsong Farm. In this fun activity, we’ll sample some of Nancy’s favorite spring recipes and herbal teas. We will also discuss some different options for doing a gentle spring cleanse with foods and herbs. You’ll go home inspired with recipes, handouts, and a sample spring tea in hand.
